You can keep on polluting. Basically what this means is they develop geothermal power or plant trees and for doing so, you give them money because they did not use “carbon” to do it.

Translation: Redistribution of Wealth. You pay them to develop their own country.

You pay them for being "good" even though they have not produced anything to be bought and you pay for being "bad" to the environment. Or in another words, you simply transfer your wealth to them without calling it socialism and the transfer of any real property.

Or as Van Jones would put it, the rich white devils pay for the environmental damage they have done while lifting up the black people of Africa they have suppressed.

"Last week, in one of the first ever carbon credit purchase agreement in the East African region, the World Bank's Community Development Carbon Fund (CDCF) announced a deal with the Kenya Electricity Generating Company (Kengen) to purchase 900,000 tonnes of carbon credits from the company for an undisclosed amount.

The carbon credits will be earned from Kengen's use of clean geothermal energy, instead of polluting fossil fuels to generate electricity at its Olkaria II power plant."

Note: Kengen is owned by the SOCIALIST Kenya government!.

Wait, what did they do? They just paid them to do nothing other then build a power plant for themselves! They just transferred wealth from a richer country to a poorer country and called it “carbon credits”.
