Obama Care unconstitutional under Article 1 Section 7 ? "All
Bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of
Representative; but the Senate may propose or concur with Amendments
as on other bills." We all know it
raises Revenue through taxes, many taxes. We all know
Obama Care was an entirely new bill written by the Senate and then
passed to the House were they could only vote up or down on it.

"Amendment In the nature of a substitute" A substitute
is not an amendment, it is ... a substitute ! The Senate
bill did not originate in the House ! We have them on video saying
it was a new bill written entirely in the Senate. Why isn't
Obama Care unconstitutional just on this one point? If you have an
