►BUBBANEWT #06 - Eliminate NASA until our debt is paid off

The projected cost for NASA in 2012 is $19,450,100,000 according to the .PDF available on their website!

Here are the facts:

Fact #1 - The money to pay for this will be borrowed from China, against our grand children's future.

Fact #2 - For whatever reason we have not been back to the moon in forty years.

Why, I do not know. Maybe they found some graffiti that said "Kilroy was here" or "God says you are wasting your time" or "Satan walked here first". I don't know. Our cell phones are more powerful computers then anything put into the Apollo modules and rockets. We have home computers able to out process everything combined NASA had at that time in 1972. Our rocket and composite technology now is like comparing a Model T to a 1970s pickup truck.

Maybe they do not want people to actually sit down and figure out what they said they had for available fuel storage and technology never would make it, if they actually had to send something much larger to accomplish the same mission now. I don't know and I don't care.

All NASA is now is a quest to prove God does not exist by finding life elsewhere to somehow prove Darwin's lie. While ignoring the fact that God created the universe and evolution is a theory, not a fact. That God said Jerusalem was his favorite place in the whole universe.

Fact #3 - NASA is a want, not a need. We need to feed the elderly, we do not need to share a space station with the Russians and we do not need to send probes to Mars or send probes to other planets to crash them into the surface for the fun of it.

How about we take care of life on earth before worrying about it elsewhere?

Do you know how blind man is? We go searching for life on Mars, when we have no idea about what lies under 30,000 feet of our ocean. Exactly as God said in the Bible, we would never be able to number the stars or explore the depths of the earth.

NASA is a want, not a need, and as such should be eliminated. We should cut it back to $100 million dollars to keep facilities in mothballs and secure, and to retain some key people that absolutely can't be found elsewhere in the world. If the military has a need for JPL, then it can be funded under their soon to be reduced budget if we have a military application for that research.

Otherwise, lay everyone off, close up shop, and end the exercise in futility until we can pay for it without borrowing from China, when we pay less then 10% in taxes for everyone, and we have zero debt so we do not burden future generations.

Savings, $19.2 billion a year.
